Book a live walk through of StudentPulse

See how a continuous student feedback platform can support wellbeing, quality and leadership in your institution. In a short online session we focus on your context and show you the parts of StudentPulse that matter most for you.

What to expect during your free demo?

Your demo is a focused conversation, not a generic product tour. We prepare in advance so the time is well spent for your team.

  • A session shaped around your role
In about twenty to thirty minutes we walk through StudentPulse with your role in mind, whether you work with wellbeing, quality, leadership or a mix.
  • Live view of key journeys and dashboards
You see how short student check ins become live insight, how the AI layer groups comments into themes and how dashboards support everyday work for teams and leaders.
  • Discussion of fit and next steps
We talk through your current setup, what is working, what is not and where StudentPulse can support you. If it looks like a good fit we outline possible next steps such as a guided pilot.

What we will show you

All depending on what your institution is looking for, we will dive into one or more of our main areas of expertise.

  • Wellbeing and student support
How short conversational check ins reveal early signs of stress, loneliness and lack of belonging, and how at risk students can be guided to the right support without overwhelming your team.

  • Educational quality and learning
How StudentPulse builds a continuous evidence base for programmes and courses, with live overview of teaching quality, workload and learning environment that you can use in reviews and accreditation.

  • Senior leadership and strategy
How leadership can see patterns across faculties and campuses, connect student experience to retention and reputation and use StudentPulse as a strategic radar instead of waiting for historic reports.

What happens after the demo

The goal of the demo is to help both sides decide whether there is a good fit. There is no obligation to continue, but if you want to explore further, we follow a simple path.

Option 1

Guided pilot

Many institutions choose a three month guided pilot on a defined student group. This gives you real data, visible outcomes and a clear yes or no decision on an institution license.

Option 2

Institution license

If you already know you want StudentPulse as your feedback platform, we can talk directly about a core institution license that covers wellbeing, quality and leadership teams on one platform.

Option 3

Not now

If you decide the timing is not right, you still leave the demo with a clearer view of how continuous student feedback could support your strategy in the future.

Who is the demo for?

The demo is for higher education institutions that want a better way to work with student feedback across wellbeing, quality and leadership. If you are in doubt, send the form anyway and we will let you know if StudentPulse is the right fit for you.

How long does a demo take?

A standard session is around twenty to thirty minutes. If you prefer a deeper workshop with several stakeholders we can plan a longer meeting.

Is the demo really free?

Yes. The demo is free and there is no obligation to purchase anything. We see it as a mutual exploration where both sides decide whether it makes sense to continue.

What should we prepare?

You do not need to prepare slides. It is helpful if you have a basic overview of your current surveys and feedback processes and a sense of which challenges you want to solve first. You can share this in the form or tell us at the start of the session.

What happens with the information we send?

We use the information you share in the form only to prepare for the meeting and to follow up on the demo. StudentPulse is built with privacy and data protection in mind, and you can read more in our privacy policy.
