Yet, many Quality Assurance frameworks still rely on post-mortem data. These massive annual surveys document the past instead of providing the insights needed for active management. When we treat student feedback as an archive, we aren't practicing quality assurance; we are performing an autopsy. To secure institutional stability and accreditation, we must move beyond the archive and toward a live evidence base.
