How do you decide the price for our institution?

Price depends on three things, the number of students you want to cover, how complex your setup is for example campuses and systems, and which plan you choose, Guided pilot, Core institution or Network and enterprise. You always receive one clear annual amount with no hidden extras.

Do we have to start with a pilot?

No, you can start directly on a Core institution license if you already know you want StudentPulse as your feedback layer. The Guided pilot exists for institutions that prefer three months of real data and outcomes before they decide.

How does StudentPulse work with our existing surveys?

StudentPulse is a continuous feedback layer and does not require you to throw away your current surveys. Most institutions keep a few mandatory or accreditation surveys, move recurring pulse topics and check ins into StudentPulse, and then use StudentPulse data to strengthen existing quality and wellbeing work. Over time many discover that StudentPulse can replace a large part of their old survey stack.

What internal resources do we need?

You do not need a large project team. Successful institutions usually involve one sponsor in leadership or quality, one operational owner in quality or student services, and one contact in IT for integrations. StudentPulse provides templates, best practice and hands on support so your team does not have to design everything from scratch.

What happens after the Guided pilot?

Before the pilot starts we agree goals, success criteria, student segments and key stakeholders. At the end of three months you receive an impact report and a clear recommendation. You then choose whether to move to a Core institution or Network and enterprise license. If we do not deliver on the agreed objectives you receive either a refund or an extended trial at no extra cost.

Can we upgrade or change plan later?

Yes, you can increase the covered student volume, move from Core institution to Network and enterprise, or add extra integrations and services. Changes are collected into a new annual agreement so procurement always has one clear contract.

How many staff users are included?

StudentPulse is licensed per institution rather than per teacher. You can invite as many staff users as you need within your institution, for example quality staff, wellbeing teams, leaders, programme owners and support services.

How do contracts, GDPR and security work?

StudentPulse is built for European higher education. Data is hosted in Europe, you receive a full data processing agreement and documentation, and the platform complies with GDPR and UK GDPR. We also support single sign on and role based access. Your legal and security teams can review all documents before you sign.
