What are student microsurveys?

Student microsurveys are designed to divide student evaluations and course evaluations into smaller surveys that cover elements and topics of the current student journey step a student is experiencing. Instead of asking all questions at the end of a course/semester, you can use student microsurveys to get feedback continuously throughout the course/semester.

This method has proven to be effective for response rates and student satisfaction, as the surveys are designed to get students current feedback, and it enables the institution to make adjustments to the student journey during the course/semester.

What questions can you ask students in a student survey?

What student survey questions should be asked? This is a common question when finding effective ways to make student surveys. Often you can focus too much on the questions, and not the relevance of them, which is why It’s important to consider when you are asking questions. As an example, if you are asking questions about the first weeks of the school year, you want to only include questions that are relevant for this period.
